I recognized the power of yoga during my very first class, my mind was so focused and my body responded well. I couldn’t imagine how these benefits would start to work on my soul and my daily life. Physically, I value each new depth I find in my practice. Mindfully, I recognize my flaws and found I could control them with breath and transform them into gifts to be shared. My practice continues to morph and reward me in life, bringing me closer to what truly matters and providing space to explore my mental and physical strength.
As a forever student, and a new teacher, I’d like my students to realize their gifts have space to shine during their practice. Everyone has something new to learn and something new to teach. We are strongest when we move and breathe in unison. I’d hope that during their practice with me, each student experiences this strength and recognizes their contributions to one another.
