It is with great sadness we must announce that due to the COVID-19 virus we must suspend all of our regularly scheduled yoga classes at our studio located in Strongsville effective 3/17/2020. All memberships will be suspended during this shut down. Class passes have no expiration date and will be accessible when we are back up and running. New Student Specials will be extended so that each person who currently has this package will be able to take full advantage of their initial 30 days with us.

All of us at Modern Yoga have worked very hard over the last few years building our yoga community. We are passionate about teaching yoga and believe in it’s benefits. We consider it a great privilege to share our yoga practice with each of our students. Our yogis are truly the best!

During this time of crisis, count on yoga and meditation for stress relief. Yoga is proven effective at lowering blood pressure, reducing anxiety, and combating depression. The importance of keeping up your practice is vital, especially now. We would love the opportunity to continue to bring you yoga at this time.

We also need your support during this time. This will not be easy for our small family business to get through.
