“Everyone’s yoga journey is different. Mine started my first semester in college when I needed to fulfill a PE credit and was never a fan of gym class. I quickly fell in love with the yoga philosophy and the way I felt both physically and mentally after class.
I fell in and out of my hatha practice throughout the years, trying different styles of yoga and joining new studios. When I started at Modern Yoga, I found an amazing yoga community and I knew from that point on yoga philosophy and vinyasa yoga would play a big part in my life.”
